A Piece of Junk!
This is absolute junk! Not only is it very poorly and cheaply made, but I'm afraid to drink the distilled water that comes from it for fear of metal poisoning! It is advertized as being all stainless steel, and looks that way in the pictures, but the picture does not show you the underside and inner parts of the coolant tray assembly. The water coolant tray assembly where the distilled water drips from is NOT made of stainless steel, but instead, some rough and dirty metal alloy that contaminates the water and makes it taste horrible! It doesn't matter how much you clean it, or what you clean it with, or how many litres of water you boil, the water that comes out has a sticky feel to it and a strange metallic taste. This is a rip-off! Buyer beware!
Very Poor Quality Product
I purchased this as a gift for someone else. When he opened it, it was clear that the product was poorly conceived and poorly made. The pot is stainless steel, but way too thin. The rest of it is thin and poorly soldered. The one I purchased arrived broken and could not be used. Not worth the money.
Stay Away
I have purchased this and returned promptly. All I had to do is take a close look. Hope to spare you the waste of time I have included pictures of the waterwise ww1600.
