Good product (check the tube)
I am definately impressed by the well made product I received. I have only one caution for any user - check the tube when you think you are done. I have had some meat some back behind the "pusher" and sit in the tube. I can't fault the maker or the mix.... I can only fault physics! Sturdy and easy to clean. Easy to use. The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars? Because I didn't have a warning to check the tube and let the "empty" tube out for a few days before washing - not a good plan. I would definatley buy another. Fast shipping. GREAT quality - and a LOT larger than I anticipated.
Poorly Constructed
Thin walled aluminum tube that could easily be dented with cheap nylon sleeves pressed onto ends. One end (the end holding the tip) actually slid off of tube while pressing my first batch of jerky, also the plunger allowed meat to get behind it due to poor quality. I think it would be a great gun, (good design), if only constructed with better quality materials. I returned this piece of junk and got burnt on paying shipping twice on this item. My search continues for a good gun. This isn't it, save your money !!
