Do NOT Buy!
I agree with the other reviews on this product. It leaks and makes a huge mess. I even called the company and they sent a new pitcher. It did the same thing....so frustrating, Do not buy this product!
Leak Leak Leak
I bought this tea maker a month ago and within two weeks (maybe 6 uses) it started to leak all over the counter out of the plastic front part. I returned it and got a new one and again, after about 5 uses. Leak Leak Leak. Piece of crap...

I have bought two of these iced tea makers (one for work and one for home) and both have evidently leaked. Do not buy this product.
