Twice damaged from the warehouse.
I had the worst luck with this rice cooker. I ordered for a my daughter as a Christmas present. So far I received 2 that the boxes and the cooker were severely damaged. I did order the 3rd replacement, maybe now it will come the way it is supposed to be.
