Easy and good pizelle maker
This Pizelle Maker is great for a quick and easy cookie dessert. I had read many reviews of all the different types and brands. This one I like, as you can store it easy, there is no long handle which takes space away.
Although used to the swiss pizelle iron which is a great material quality (and they cost here in the US around $300.00), this iron is just as good for once in a while pizelle baking. I used a swiss pizelle recipe which makes a thicker dough, you roll little balls and then just bake. I had abit a hard time with the timing, when exactly the cookies were done, so I just lifted the lid and checked. All in all I am happy with this pizelle maker. I am baking this year Valentines pizelles, Vanilla, Chocolate and Pink!
Love it
Just the right size for my Christmas goodie plates. Love the little spoon it comes with to make sure you get the right amount of dough for each one.
Adequate
It worked okay. With the 3 maker unit, it was difficult to achieve nicely shaped pizzelles. I do prefer a two pizzelle maker better. The recipe I used calls for a large amount of butter and it would spit out around the edges. Not sure if the recipe was the cause or if the product couldn't contain it well. Will try another recipe in the future and see what happens.
